Company history & story
Hudhud Solutions PLC was born out of a vision not crafted in corporate offices, but shaped through real human experiences and a deep understanding of life's challenges and resolutions.
At the heart of this journey is Chairman Md. Lutfozzaman Babar, who over the past 17 years met people from all walks of life. They faced a spectrum of issues — family conflicts, land disputes, financial hardships — and sought his guidance in the absence of accessible and trustworthy resources. In these challenging times, Mr. Babar realised that society needed a platform that integrated multiple forms of support, beyond just financial solutions.
The name Hudhud was chosen with purpose, inspired by the legendary bird mentioned in the Holy Quran — a creature that symbolised hope and a sign of victory in times of despair. Just as the Hudhud bird, the company aims to appear as a beacon of hope and resolution.
Hudhud Solutions PLC thus emerged as a multi-faceted institution offering not just financial recovery, but also individual-centric advisory services, mediation for personal and corporate conflicts, alternative pathways to litigation, and tailored resolution frameworks. Under Mr. Babar's leadership, the company brought together experts from legal, financial, law-enforcement, and operational backgrounds.
