Mr. Mohammed Nurul Amin is a distinguished banking professional whose career spans more than four decades, marked by leadership, innovation, and service to the financial sector of Bangladesh. He is widely respected for his contributions to banking institutions, professional associations, and the broader economic community.
Mr. Amin completed his BA Honors and Master’s in Economics from the University of Dhaka. He is a Life Member of the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society and the Bangladesh Economic Association (BEA), reflecting his commitment to community service and national development. - Managing Director & CEO: Led NCC Bank Ltd and Meghna Bank Ltd, steering both institutions toward growth and modernization.
- Professional Leadership: Served as Chairman of three major banking associations—Association of Bankers’ Bangladesh Ltd. (ABB), Primary Dealers Bangladesh Ltd. (PDBL), and Bangladesh Foreign Exchange Dealers Association (BAFEDA). He remains the only CEO of banks to have chaired all three organizations.

Over the years, he rose to senior leadership positions, ultimately serving as Managing Director & CEO of NCC Bank Ltd and Meghna Bank Ltd for a combined period of 13 years. His leadership was defined by strategic vision, operational discipline, and a commitment to strengthening the financial sector.
